Group Therapy

Group Therapy enables personal growth within a protected and respectful ‘rehersal space’. By exploring new ways of expressing themselves, managing conflicts and puting limits in an assertive manner, group members develop social skills while respecting their own needs and those of others. Gradually they discover with amazement that they are not the only ones to have those fears and emotions they shamefully keep to themselves. With this recognition they find emotional relieve, while learning alternative ways of managing their situation. This is possibly the most important and marvellous advantage of Group Therapy.

The group’s unconditional acceptance grants each member the security to overcome existential issues, slower and harder to handle in individual or family therapy.
